How we work

Inquiry. Contact us by LINE, phone or email. Tell us the address, the type of space and what you need cleaned.

Scope check. We confirm the areas, how often, the working hours and how we enter the building. If useful, we check the site first.

Quote. We send a quote in yen, tax included. Nothing starts until you agree.

Schedule. We agree the date, the time and how we lock up and hand over keys or access.

Cleaning. Our team works through the agreed scope. For regular contracts the same checklist is used each visit.

Check and follow-up. We confirm completion with you and tell you about anything we noticed, so the next visit can be adjusted.

What we need for an accurate quote

Address and building access (key, lock box, reception)

Size of the space: floors, rooms or floor area

Current condition and any problem areas

How often you need us: one time or a regular schedule

Preferred days and hours, including quiet hours or elevator rules

Any special requests, for example eco products or allergy concerns

Standards and limits

We clean to the scope we agree with you in advance. Extra areas can be added on request.

Repairs, pest control, hazardous waste and work that needs a special licence are outside our standard scope. Tell us early and we will say whether we can help or suggest another route.

For offices, hotels and rental properties, we agree where staff or guests keep valuables and which rooms are off limits.

Final price is confirmed in writing before we begin.
