FAQ

Common Questions

Are these photos of real GLOBAL ACCESS participants?

Yes. Every photo is from an earlier GLOBAL ACCESS program and is shown with participant consent.

Do the photos mean a job or visa is guaranteed?

No. They illustrate the steps of the journey and are not a promise of any job, visa or result. Employers, licensed partner agencies and immigration authorities decide those outcomes.

What stages of the journey do the photos show?

Training and accreditation, visa applications, certificates of eligibility and visas, send-off day at the airport, the journey itself and the Welcome to Japan banner on arrival.

Can I enlarge the photos?

Yes. Tap any photo to open it larger, and use the filters to browse one stage at a time.

How do I book a meeting to talk about the program and participant stories?

Open the meeting request form, choose Zoom, or in person if you are currently in Japan, and tell us your preferred date, time and time zone. We will reply to confirm a time. Add a short note about what you want to discuss so we can prepare.

Do I need to be in Japan to start?

No. Consultation, classes and career preparation are delivered remotely, so you can start from your home country. Being in Japan only matters if you want an in-person meeting.

How does GLOBAL ACCESS support my job search and visa application?

We support you from preparation to placement: live Japanese classes, industry preparation, CV development and mock interviews, then introductions to licensed partner agencies that work with employers and handle employment contracts and visa processing with you. Hiring and visa decisions are made by employers and the immigration authorities, so your preparation is what moves your application forward.

Can I contact GLOBAL ACCESS on WhatsApp or LINE?

Yes. Use WhatsApp on +1 469-607-0030 or add us on LINE using the buttons at the bottom right of every page. You can also call 03-6675-3166 or email hello@globalaccessjapan.com.

Do you help people who are already in Japan find jobs in other countries?

Yes. GLOBAL ACCESS also helps job seekers based in Japan find work in the UK, Canada, the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Request a meeting, tell us your target country and role, and we will explain how we can support your search.

Where is GLOBAL ACCESS located, and can I visit?

GLOBAL ACCESS Co., Ltd. is headquartered at 2-17-29 Edogawa, Edogawa City, Tokyo 132-0013. You can see the location on the map at the bottom of this page. In-person meetings are available if you are currently in Japan; request one through the meeting form and we will confirm the place and time with you.

Do I have to travel to the Philippines to take part?

No. Our programs are delivered remotely, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. Our current training center, Global Access Training Institute and Assessment Center, Inc., is in the Philippines, and we are adding partners with on-site training facilities in other countries.
