Japan Career Launch Program
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in the Japan Career Launch Program (the "Program") provided by 株式会社 GLOBAL ACCESS ("GLOBAL ACCESS", "we", "us"). By enrolling you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

The Program is a training and career-preparation course. It includes live Japanese language classes from beginner level to N5, N5 exam preparation, industry preparation tailored to your chosen cluster, career preparation (CV development and mock interviews), introductions to eligible partner agencies, access to partner services for housing, arrival and life setup, and the Unlimited N5 Course Retakes described in section 5.
The Program fee is ¥100,000 (Japanese yen), one all-inclusive price. Consumption-tax treatment will be stated on your invoice. Official examination fees, including JLPT registration fees, are separate and paid by you to the exam organizer. Invoices describe the service as "Japan Career Launch Program (Training & Career Preparation)".
Employment contracts and visa processing are handled by employers and licensed partners, and neither a job nor a visa is guaranteed.
Unlimited N5 Course Retakes: Continue taking eligible course classes until you pass JLPT N5, subject to attendance, homework, and published program conditions. Official examination fees are separate. This guarantee covers course access only and does not guarantee a job or visa. Program conditions: (a) attend at least 80% of scheduled live classes in each course period; (b) complete at least 80% of assigned homework; (c) follow the code of conduct in section 9; (d) register for and sit the official JLPT N5 when advised that you are ready, and tell us the result. The retake guarantee covers course access only. We may update these conditions by publishing a new version on this page; changes do not reduce the access you have already enrolled in.
GLOBAL ACCESS is a training and sourcing platform. We connect our certified graduates directly to our network of licensed Japanese placement partners and Supervising Organizations, who legally handle employment contracts and visa processing. Introductions to partner agencies are offered to graduates who are eligible under the Program rules. They are not a guarantee of a job, an interview or an offer.
Comprehensive Career & Transition Support: GLOBAL ACCESS helps students prepare for their next steps through a network of Japanese employment and support partners. Employment placement, immigration procedures, and legally required worker support are handled by the appropriate employers and authorized partners.
Completing the Program and passing the N5 exam makes you eligible for introductions through our network of licensed partner agencies, but does not guarantee employment or a visa. Final hiring decisions are made by Japanese employers, and visa decisions by immigration authorities. Language and training requirements differ by industry (for example, Nursing Care expects N4-level Japanese) and may change; completing N5 does not mean you qualify for every field.
You agree to provide accurate information, to attend classes respectfully, not to share class links or materials, and not to record sessions without permission. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
We collect the information you provide to run the Program. With your consent, an anonymized profile (without your contact details or passport information) may be shared with partner agencies for introductions. See our privacy policy for details.
You may cancel within 8 days of enrollment and receive a full refund if you have attended no more than one class. After that, refunds are handled under the schedule published at enrollment. Contact hello@globalaccessjapan.com to cancel.
We may adjust class schedules, teachers and materials to maintain quality. If we discontinue the Program, we will offer a fair refund for the unused portion.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by employers, agencies or authorities, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Japanese law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

No. Our programs are delivered remotely, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. Our current training center, Global Access Training Institute and Assessment Center, Inc., is in the Philippines, and we are adding partners with on-site training facilities in other countries.
