No. Paying the fee does not guarantee a job, a visa or an exam score. The retake guarantee covers course access only.
The application lists 17 industries across the training clusters, including Nursing Care, Accommodation, Food Service, Building Cleaning, Linen Supply, Construction, Industrial Product Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics and Warehousing, and Railway.

No. Consultation, classes and career preparation are delivered remotely, so you can start from your home country. Being in Japan only matters if you want an in-person meeting.
No. Official examination fees, including JLPT registration, are separate and paid by you to the exam organizer.

No. Our programs are delivered remotely, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. Our current training center, Global Access Training Institute and Assessment Center, Inc., is in the Philippines, and we are adding partners with on-site training facilities in other countries.
Our head office is in Edogawa, Tokyo. If you are in Japan you can request an in-person meeting; everyone else can meet us on Zoom.
